How do we book a table?

All bookings request are done through our ‘Book a Table’ button on the home page.

I have a dietary restriction. Can I still eat here?

Absolutely! We specialise in catering to a wide range of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free options.

We are proud to say we are a 100% nut-free restaurant and take meeting our customers dietary requirements very seriously.

Our team is experienced and happy to accommodate any allergies or preferences—just let us know when you order. Your comfort and safety are our priority, and we’ll do our best to tailor your meal to your needs.

Is your food Halal?

Yes! All our food is halal.

Do you do home delivery?

Not at the moment. Home delivery is something we are looking to do in the future but at the moment all Online Orders are to collected at the bar at the allocated collection time.

Are we dog friendly?

Most certainly! All fury friends are most welcome.

Stay

I would like to book a room for 2. Where can I book?

Booking a room or checking availability is simple. Please view our stay page and click ‘book room’ this will take you to our Airbnb listing where you can easily view our prices, availability and facilities.

Do you have parking?

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Do we get a discount on any food?

Yes! One of the great perk whilst staying with us is you will receive a 10% discount on your meal during you stay.

Can we have an early/late check-in?

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and all details (including entry instructions) are automatically sent at that time. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer early check-in due to the time needed to fully prepare the space for your stay.

As for late check-in, guests can come any time they like after 3pm, provided minimal noise is made to insure other rooms are not disturbed.

How far are is it to Snowdon?

Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) is about a 25–30 minute drive from us in Betws-y-Coed, depending on which route and car park you choose. The most popular starting point is Pen-y-Pass, which is around 12 miles away. If you’re planning to hike, we recommend setting off early as parking can fill up quickly.
