When you book a table with us — online, by phone, or in person — we collect your name, contact details, party size, and any dietary or allergy notes you give us, so we can process your booking and, for larger groups, take the required deposit.

Marketing emails

Booking a table does not sign you up to marketing emails. We only ever contact you with offers or news if you've separately and explicitly agreed to it. You can unsubscribe or ask us to stop at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details for around 12 months, then delete them — unless you've opted in to marketing emails, in which case we keep just your name and email until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

• Ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted
• Withdraw marketing consent at any time
